The ASE Scotland Conference online will feature a number of pre-recorded sessions which will be available to view by password access, from 8th June 2024. The recordings will form part of a Scottish CPD Platform that can be accessed at any time after 8th June, by registering on Eventbrite which will generate a password to access the platform. Other CPD sessions will be added as we move into the future.

Promoting careers using physics in secondary school

There are many agencies and organisations promoting the opportunities available with a physics qualification. This session will give an overview of most online resources available and how to make best use of such resources in secondary schools.  There will be suggestions for active learning approaches to engaging with online resources or local professionals to allow student to make informed subject choices.
